We document what an emergency looks like for this person, who to call, and what response actually helps.

Know the number
The after-hours line is shared with the individual and their family so nobody has to figure it out mid-crisis.

Respond and follow up
We coordinate the immediate response, then review what happened and update the plan so the next time goes better.

- Call 911 first for any medical emergency, fire, or immediate danger. Our line is for urgent support needs, crisis response, and coordination, and we'll work alongside emergency services when they're involved.

- Yes. The on-call line is staffed around the clock, including weekends and holidays.
- Is this available on its own?
