Employment Services

Work is about more than a paycheck. It's routine, identity, and a place where you're counted on. Our employment services run the full arc: figuring out what kind of work fits, getting hired, and staying successful once you're there, with coaching that continues long after the first day.

Common Questions

Questions we hear most.

Not seeing yours? Call us. A real person answers, and there's no obligation.

All frequently asked questions
Do you find the job, or do I?
It's a partnership. We help with search strategy, applications, and employer connections, but the goal is a job the individual genuinely wants, so their preferences drive it.
What happens after I'm hired?
On-the-job training and ongoing coaching continue as long as they're helpful, including help with accommodations and problem-solving as issues come up.
Do you work with the employer?
When the individual wants us to. We can support accommodation conversations and on-site training, always with the person's consent about what gets shared.
